Commercial Interior and Shop Design

A commercial interior must work for staff and customers as well as look right. We consider the customer journey, display, storage, lighting and maintenance access in light of your business and the existing premises.

01

Map customer and staff flow

We identify reception, sales or service points, waiting, work and storage areas. Clearances are checked against actual measurements.

02

Coordinate fittings and services

Counters, shelves, displays and desks are sized for the premises. Lighting, power, data and air conditioning points need to match the design.

03

Define the work and checks

Demolition and existing services are assessed on site. Any business-specific permits, fire, accessibility or security requirements must be confirmed with the relevant qualified professionals and authorities.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to start with an empty shop?

Share dimensions, photos, the type of business, staff and customer flow and target opening date. The existing structure and services require inspection.

Can you include made-to-measure furniture?

Counters, shelving and displays can be considered in the design. We specify separately whether production, installation and materials are included.

Can work take place while the business is open?

That depends on safety and whether the work area can be separated. Access, noise and working hours are assessed during the site visit.

Can we discuss a jewellery shop or pharmacy?

Yes, we can assess the request. Security, licensing, accessibility and other specialist requirements must be checked before a final scope is agreed.
